· Rental rates are calculated on a pro-rata

· Note for 4-bedroom rate; the three
bedrooms at garden level will not be available
to guests.
· Above rates are villa only and include
all taxes, a full time housekeeper to provide
all cleaning and laundry. For 14 guests two full
time housekeepers are included.
· Cook available on request at an additional
charge of approximately US$15/hour.
· Flights, car hire and transfers are
available at an additional charge.
